Our client is a major provider of professional geotechnical advice to the Australian coal industry. They are dedicated to delivering advanced technical experience across a wide range of services.
Their core objective is to develop on-going relationships with mines with the aim of providing long-term monitoring and advice, aimed at maximising production, whilst ensuring a safe mining environment. Due to continuing growth, they currently have a vacancy for a Graduate Geologist.
At a junior level, you would be carrying out field-work aimed at gathering geotechnical information including monitoring and mapping data. This would involve installing underground instrumentation, collecting data, data processing and analysis and preparation of relevant documents.
