- Position: Geologist - Limestone 4 positions
- Experience Required: 5 -10 years
- Location: Rajasthan, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka
- Role Summary: To supervise the preparation of couter plans. To supervise drilling work, logging and preparation of samples and analysis of samples. Prepare geological reports for submission to IBM.
- Job Requirements:
- Essential Qualification: 1st class M.Sc geology or applied geology
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience of prospecting and drilling in limestone deposits. - KSA: Knowledge of geological laws, counter plans, mine plans
Skills / Attributes: Should be able to prepare geological reports and mine plans. - Role summary of Geologist:
Coordination with IBM and other government officials to get geological and mine plans approved.
To maintain cordial relations with the local people for smooth conduct of all fields operations like mapping, drilling etc.
Getting necessary clearances from government officials viz. Prospecting licenses, mining lease, forest clearances, etc. For starting drilling work.
