1. Research Associate
Qualification: Ph.D. degree in Geology/Geophysics in any emerging areas of Earth or Atmospheric Sciences. The selected candidates are expected to independently persue research at Post-doctoral level. The candidates with experience in the field of structural geology/metamorphic petrology/Sedimentology / Engineering geology/Seismology, Low temperature geochemistry and Paleontology will be given preference.

Pay Scale: Rs.22000/-
Age Limit: 32 years

2. JRF
Qualification:1st class M.Sc./M.Tech. degree in Geology/Geophysics or allied subject and NET/GATE, UGC-CSIR qualification. Desirable : Throughout first division
No. of Post: 06 to 10
Pay Scale: Rs.16000/-
Age Limit: 28 years

3. Summer student fellowship
Qualification: Meritorious integrated M.Sc. integrated/ M.Tech. students in the field of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences with throughout first class academic record.

Pay Scale: Rs.5000/-
