Applications are invited on the plain paper for the post of JRF in the ongoing DST funded research project entitled 'Petrology, whole rock Geochemistry and Nd isotope study ofTTG -peninsular Gneisses and Ultramafic rocks in Hassan – Sira Crustal corridor along Kasargod-Kurnool Transect in the Dharwar craton: Implications for dynamics and evolution of the Archaean lithosphere'.

Essential qualifications: First class M. Sc Geology/Applied Geology from recognized University, (preference will be given to NET qualified candidates)

Project duration: One year (like to be extended for one more year)

Emoluments: Rs.16, 000/- (NET qualified) /12,000/- (NET – Lectureship qualified) +30% HRA . In case NET qualified candidates not available non-NET qualified candidates will be considered
