External Description: RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
1. Reserve Management and Geological Interpretation
• Lithologic examination and description at our Clifton core facility
• Organize chemical data and creation of geochemical logs
• Assist in the preparation of work project documents.
• Assist in maintaining and updating geological information library
2. Exploration
• Assist in exploration and geologic reconnaissance.
• Field Mapping, drilling, coring, zone definition.
• Update and maintain new and existing geologic interpretations.
3. Mining Team
• Provide geologic support for the mining teams at specific quarry sites.
• Assist the Junior or Senior Geologist in the interpretation and modeling
  of areas of responsibility.
• Travel to remote locations to provide on-site support.
4. Continuous Improvement of Mining Practice
• Constantly improve and develop geologic interpretation and models.
• Develop understanding of quality optimization and the maximization of Company
  natural resources.
• Develop understanding of key quarry parameters including mining ratio, stripping and 
  the relationship to stone cost
ATTRIBUTES:
• Aptitude for learning new software tools
• Well versed in the identification and description of carbonate litho-facies.
• Working knowledge of geologic block modeling and geo-statistical software and 
   Geographic Information Systems are highly desired.
• Skilled in field mapping and measuring using conventional field instruments.
• Demonstrated proficiency with other computer software applications such as Excel,
   Word and AutoCAD.
• Participate in professional organizations to maintain proficiency, knowledge and skills.
 Physical Demands include, but are not limited to:
• Rock sampling of quarry faces and outcrops
• Lifting up to 50 pound core boxes and sample bags
• Tolerate working outside in severe weather conditions as well as exposure to 
   industrial high temperature, noise and dust.
• Walking up and down stairs and ladders, negotiating uneven surfaces.
