Job Description: | You will be responsible for identifying any geotechnical factors affecting engineering works on our client's projects and carrying out the following duties; Perform detailed technical analysis of earth material and risk assessment of geotechnical hazards Geotechnical mapping and discontinuity surveys Field work inspection Borehole core and trial pit logging Experience in soil nailing works and drill record interpretation Undertake detailed rock slope and boulder surveys, mapping and report preparation Interpret geotechnical monitoring data (groundwater and ground movement) Candidate requirements Degree in Geotechnical Engineering / Geology / Earth Sciences or equivalent At least 8 years relevant experience in geological work Drill and Blast Experience Familiar in the use of geotechnical software DIPS Accurate, analytical and detail-minded Proficient in English and Chinese preferable |
